Overview

This Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor V2.0 measures soil moisture levels by capacitive sensing rather than resistive sensing like other sensors on the market. It is made of corrosion resistant material which gives it an excellent service life. Insert it into the soil around your plants.

Onboard voltage regulator which accept input voltage range from DC3.3CV ~ 5.5V. It is perfect for low-voltage MCUs, both 3.3V and 5V. For compatibility with a Raspberry Pi, it will need an ADC converter.

This can be used in Garden, Intelligent Agriculture and Moisture detection. This Sensor can be used with Arduino and Raspberry PI. Provides longer life compared to resistive soil moisture sensors.
